What it is
Miron is a violet glass in a tradition that goes back to Egyptian storage of precious materials. Its distinguishing behaviour is spectral: it is nearly opaque to the visible light that drives photodegradation, while remaining transparent to parts of the UV-A and infrared range.
How it works
Many bioactive compounds are photosensitive — visible light supplies the energy for reactions that break them down. By filtering that band out, the glass slows degradation and extends shelf stability without refrigeration. It is a packaging decision that protects the molecule after the sourcing and standardization are done.
